全脑血管造影术患者术前禁食水时间分析

Study on preoperative water fasting time in patients with whole cerebral angiography

目的探讨行全脑血管造影术复查患者术前禁食水的时间。方法试验组检查当日可进食,未检查前2 h进食约为平日50%~70%。对照组患者禁食水6~8 h。比较两组患者检查前、检查中、检查后并发症的发生率。结果试验组的并发症低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;检查中的呕吐发生情况差异无统计学意义。结论行全脑血管造影术复查的患者在术前2 h可进食清淡的半流质饮食,这种方法是可行的。

Objective To explore the time of fasting water before patients underwent whole cerebral angiography.Methods The experimental group could eat on the same day,about 50%to 70%.Control patients were fasted with water for 6~8 hours.The incidence of complications during pre-,during and post-examination was compared between the two groups.Results Complications in the experimental group were lower than in the control group(P<0.05)and were statistically significant,and no difference in vomiting during the examination.Conclusion The patients undergoing whole brain angiography can eat light 2 h before examination Half-fluid diet,this approach is feasible.
