Research progress of TRIM family in endometrial cancer

子宫内膜癌(endometrial cancer,EC)是一种常见的妇科恶性肿瘤,其发病率及病死率近年来呈升高趋势,探究EC精准诊断的分子标志物及治疗靶点尤为重要。三结构域(tripartite motif,TRIM)家族蛋白近年来成为恶性肿瘤分子机制的研究热点,被证实与多种恶性肿瘤的发生、发展联系密切。本篇综述将讨论TRIM家族蛋白及其与EC发生、发展的关系,以期为EC的诊断及发现新的肿瘤治疗靶点提供理论依据。

Endometrial cancer(EC)is a common gynecologic malignant tumor with an increasing incidence rate and mortality rate in recent years. It is particularly urgent to explore molecular markers and new therapeutic targets for accurate diagnosis of EC. The family of tripartite motif(TRIM)proteins,which make up one of the largest subfamilies of E3 ligases,have become the focus in the molecular mechanism of malignant tumors in recent years and have been proved to be closely related to the occurrence and development of various malignant tumors. This review will focus on the structure and function of TRIM family proteins and their relationship with the development and progression of EC,in order to provide theoretical basis for the diagnosis of EC and to discover a new tumor therapeutic target.
