海上风电大直径单桩附属构件安装及施工测量技术

Installation and Construction Survey Technologies for Accessory Components of Large Diameter Single Pile of Offshore Wind Turbine

摘要 为保障海上风电大直径单桩基础沉桩及附属构件安装的安全与精确度,经探索提出了:①确定沉桩施工的3个工作面及其作业内容;②施工船舶与运输船驻位,集成式附属构件挂钩、吊装与脱钩等5项附属构件安装施工技术;③稳桩平台位置及其高程、沉桩施工中垂直度、桩顶高程和桩顶法兰盘水平度等5项关键施工测量技术。实践表明,该项技术有效助力了工程顺利竣工。 To ensure the safety and precision of the driving construction of large diameter single pile foundation of offshore wind turbine and the installation of accessory components,several installation and construction survey technologies are proposed.Firstly,three workspaces of the pile driving construction and their operation contents are determined.Secondly,five installation and construction techniques for accessory components are implemented,including the positioning of construction ships and transportation ships,and the hooking,hoisting and unhooking operation of integrated accessory components.Finally,five key construction survey techniques are proposed,including the measurement of the position of the pile stabilization platform,and the verticality,pile top elevation and levelness of the pile top flange of the pile driving construction.Engineering Practice shows that the proposed technology provides effective assistance for the smooth completion of the project.
