摘要 风电机组叶片作为风机的核心部件,其成本是影响风电竞争性的关键因素。研究开发低成本叶片,分别从叶片选材、模具及制造环节入手,通过采用聚氨酯树脂体系、拉挤玻板、PET芯材可以有效降低叶片材料成本;最优家族化叶片气动外形设计使模具模块化,提高模具复用程度,降低其成本摊销;提高生产自动化程度,有效降低人工费用。 As the key component of wind turbine unit,the cost of blade is an essential factor affecting the competitiveness of wind power industry.The development of low-cost wind turbine blade is thus of great importance.Several aspects,including the blade material selection,the mould and the manufacturing process,are considered.Firstly,the material cost can be effectively reduced by using the polyurethane resin system,pultruded glass plate and pet core material.Then,modularization of the mould can be realized with the familization design of the aerodynamic shape of the blade,which can improve the re-usage of the mould and reduce its cost amortization.In the last,the labor cost can be effectively reduced by improving the production automation level.
