Development and Application of an All-terrain Fast-assembling Load-bearing Maintenance Platform

某大型水电站厂房顶共有4组500 kV避雷器已安装投运20年,为消除隐患需进行维修,将原底座更换为新式纯瓷绝缘底座。经探索研制了全地形快装承重检修平台,既满足电站厂房顶严苛受力要求,充分保障高空作业安全,又可节约1/2至2/3的安装维修时间,间接经济效益显著,且通用性强,还可运用于其他类似厂房顶作业。

The four groups of 500 kV lightning arresters on the powerhouse roof of a large-scale hydropower station have been operated for 20 years.To eliminate the hidden risks,it is necessary to repair and replace the original bases with new-type pure porcelain insulating bases.An all-terrain fast-assembling load-bearing maintenance platform is thus developed for the work.It can not only meet the strict load-bearing requirement of the powerhouse roof and ensure the safety of high-altitude operation,but also save 1/2 to 2/3 of the assembling and maintenance time.It has significant indirect economic benefits and strong versatility,and can be adopted for similar roof operation of other projects.
