大型水电站排水控制系统运行异常分析与研究

摘要 通过对某大型水电站排水控制系统运行异常分析与研究,从硬件、软件、功能性试验、元器件运行状态等技术层面查明故障症结,经采用应急措施和技术优化,解决了排水系统因控制回路交流感应电压过高导致系统功能紊乱异常的难题,及时保证了设备的安全运行,避免了水淹厂房的重大风险的发生。 From the technical aspects of hardware,software,functional test and operation state of components,an abnormal operation fault of the drainage control system in a large-scale hydropower station is analyzed.Emergency treatment measures and technical optimization are then carried out.The dysfunction problem of the drainage system caused by excessively high AC induced voltage in the control circuit is successfully solved.It ensures the operation safety of the equipment and avoids the occurrence of a serious flooding accident of the powerhouse.
