摘要
以周宁抽水蓄能电站为例,详细阐述了电站分瓣座环蜗壳组装、焊接、吊装、调整等安装施工工艺,以及安装过程中应注意的事宜。电站4台机组的座环蜗壳已全部完成安装,各台机组的座环整体水平度均小于0.2 mm,安装质量明显优于以往的项目。实践证明,该电站的分瓣座环蜗壳安装工艺及注意事项有助于质量管控,对类似工程的施工具有借鉴意义。
The installation construction technology of the split stay ring volute in Zhouning Pumped Storage Power Station is summarized,including the assembly,welding,hoisting,adjustment and other processes as well as issues that should be noticed during the installation.With the technology,the stay ring volutes of four units of the power station are installed successfully with a significantly better installation quality than previous projects as the overall levelness of the stay ring of each unit is less than 0.2 mm.Practice shows that the proposed installation technology and noticeable issues of the split stay ring volute are helpful to the quality control,which provide useful reference for the construction of similar projects.
