摘要
卵巢癌病死率高居妇科肿瘤首位,多数患者确诊时已为晚期。腹腔转移是卵巢癌患者死亡的主要原因之一,其病理生理过程复杂,相关治疗进展迅速。本文结合最新国内外相关领域研究,从上皮性卵巢癌腹腔转移分子途径、转移分子机制、最新治疗策略(腹腔常规化疗、腹腔热灌注化疗、靶向治疗、光动力学治疗等)进行综述,为相关领域基础研究者及临床医生提供参考。
Ovarian cancer has the highest mortality rate among gynecological tumors,and most patients are diagnosed at an advanced stage.Intraperitoneal metastasis is one of the main causes of death in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.Its pathophysiological process is complex,and the related treatments have made rapid progress.Combined with the latest domestic and foreign studies in related fields,this paper reviewed the molecular pathway,molecular mechanism and the latest treatment strategies(routine intraperitoneal chemotherapy,intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy,targeted therapy,photodynamic therapy,etc.)of peritoneal metastasis of epithelial ovarian cancer,to provide references for basic researchers and clinicians in related fields.
