直肠癌是一种死亡率较高的恶性消化道肿瘤。小视野弥散加权成像作为一种新兴的核磁共振(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)技术,为直肠癌的术前分期及新辅助治疗疗效预测和评估提供了更精细的解剖结构、更高的图像质量和更精准定量评估参数。本文就小视野弥散加权成像技术的成像原理及其对直肠癌的诊断价值进行综述。

Rectal cancer is a kind of malignant tumor of digestive tract with high mortality.As a new technology,reduced field of view diffusion-weighted imaging provides more detailed anatomical structure,higher image quality and more accurate quantitative assessment parameters for the diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of rectal cancer.The principle of reduced field of view diffusion-weighted imaging and its diagnostic value in rectal cancer are summarized below.
