摘要
原发性肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)在我国的死亡率有所上升,目前在进展期HCC的治疗多以介入及其局部治疗为基础,同时联合其他多种治疗手段。近年来以免疫检查点抑制剂(immune checkpoint inhibitors,ICIs)为代表的免疫治疗为HCC的治疗提供了新思路。本文就近期HCC采取介入治疗联合免疫治疗的进展进行综述。
The mortality rate of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)has increased in China.At present,the treatment of HCC in the advanced stage is mostly based on intervention and local treatment,and combined with a variety of other treatments.In recent years,immunotherapy represented by immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)has provided new ideas for the treatment of HCC.This article reviews recent advances in interventional therapy combined with immunotherapy for HCC.
