Er:YAG激光联合多乐氟治疗牙本质过敏症的临床疗效观察

The clinical efficacy of Er:YAG laser combined with Duraphat in the treatment of dentine hypersensitivity

目的 评估Er:YAG激光联合多乐氟治疗牙本质过敏症患者的临床疗效。方法 66例(96颗牙)牙本质过敏症患者,随机分为第一组(23例、35颗牙)、第二组(22例、32颗牙)、第三组(21例、29颗牙)。第一组单独使用多乐氟治疗,第二组单独使用Er:YAG激光治疗,第三组采用Er:YAG激光联合多乐氟治疗。对比三组治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及压力敏感值。结果 治疗后3、6个月,三组患者的VAS评分对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后即刻、1个月、3个月、6个月,三组患者的VAS评分均低于本组治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,第三组的VAS评分(2.2±0.2550)分低于第一组的(3.4±0.3413)分和第二组的(3.3±0.4147)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,第三组的VAS评分(2.9±0.3991)分低于第一组的(4.5±0.3678)分和第二组的(3.9±0.3302)分,第二组的VAS评分低于第一组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3、6个月,三组患者的压力敏感值对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后即刻、1个月、3个月、6个月,三组患者的压力敏感值均高于本组治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,第三组的压力敏感值(41.0±0.2345)g高于第一组的(35.8±0.4004)g和第二组的(35.8±0.3698)g,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,第三组的压力敏感值(38.0±0.3718)g高于第一组的(29.0±0.2925)g和第二组的(33.6±0.1534)g,第二组的压力敏感值高于第一组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Er:YAG激光联合多乐氟治疗牙本质过敏症患者,长期效果更为显著,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Er:YAG laser combined with Duraphat in the treatment of dentine hypersensitivity.Methods A total of 66 patients(96 teeth) with dentin hypersensitivity were randomly divided into the first group(23 cases,35 teeth),the second group(22 cases,32 teeth),and the third group(21 cases,29 teeth).The first group was treated with Duraphat alone,the second group was treated with Er:YAG laser alone,and the third group was treated with Er:YAG laser combined with Duraphat.The visual analogue scale(VAS) score and pressure sensitivity of the three groups before and after treatment were compared.Results 3 and 6 months after treatment,there was statistically significant difference in VAS score among the three groups(P<0.05).Immediately after treatment,1 month after treatment,3 months after treatment,and 6 months after treatment,the VAS scores of the three groups were lower than those before treatment in this group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after treatment,the VAS score(2.2±0.2550) points of the third group was lower than(3.4±0.3413) points of the first group and(3.3±0.4147) points of the second group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after treatment,the VAS score(2.9±0.3991) points of the third group was lower than(4.5±0.3678) points of the first group and(3.9±0.3302) points of the second group,and the VAS score of the second group was lower than of the first group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 and 6 months after treatment,there was statistically significant difference in pressure sensitivity among the three groups(P<0.05).Immediately after treatment,1 month after treatment,3 months after treatment,and 6 months after treatment,the pressure sensitivity of the three groups were higher than those of this group before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after treatment,the pressure sensitivity(41.0±0.2345) g of the third group was higher than(35.8±0.4004) g of the first group and(35.8±0.3698) g of the second group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after treatment,the pressure sensitivity(38.0±0.3718) g of the third group was higher than(29.0±0.2925) g of the first group and(33.6±0.1534) g of the second group,and the pressure sensitivity of the second group was higher than that of the first group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Er:YAG laser combined with Duraphat has significant long-term effect in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
