CT灌注成像与磁共振弥散成像在急性脑梗死诊断中的应用价值

Application value of CT perfusion imaging and magnetic resonance diffusion imaging in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction

目的 对比分析CT灌注成像与磁共振弥散成像在急性脑梗死诊断中的应用价值。方法 150例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,以数表法随机分成观察组和对照组,各75例。观察组采用磁共振弥散成像进行诊断,对照组采用CT灌注成像进行诊断。对比两组不同发病时间患者的疾病检出率,不同病理类型患者的诊断准确率。结果 观察组不同发病时间患者的疾病检出率为96.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不同病理类型患者的诊断准确率为89.33%,高于对照组的69.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在急性脑梗死的诊断中,磁共振弥散成像较CT灌注成像优势显著,诊断方式准确及时,在不同的发病时间内均可对患者不同类型脑梗死作出准确诊断,为患者能够得到及时治疗提供了有利条件,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare and analyze the application value of CT perfusion imaging and magnetic resonance diffusion imaging in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 150patients with acute cerebral infarction as study subjects were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 75 cases in each group.The observation group was diagnosed by magnetic resonance diffusion imaging,and the control group was diagnosed by CT perfusion imaging.The detection rate of patients with different onset time and the diagnostic accuracy of patients with different pathological types were compared between the two groups.Results The detection rate of patients with different onset time of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 76.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of patients with different pathological types of the observation group was 89.33%,which was higher than 69.33% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction,magnetic resonance diffusion imaging has significant advantages over CT perfusion imaging,and the diagnosis method is accurate and timely,which can make accurate diagnosis of patients with different types of cerebral infarction at different onset time,and provide favorable conditions for patients to receive timely treatment.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
