摘要 旋转配流盘式恒压变量斜轴柱塞泵是液压伺服系统的核心动力元件,采用旋转配流盘的方式实现恒压变量功能,结构简洁,变量机构转动惯量小,稳定性好。通过分析斜轴柱塞泵及旋转配流盘式恒压变量机构的结构形式及原理,利用AMESim软件搭建了变量柱塞泵的整体仿真模型,仿真分析了动、静态性能,并通过试验验证了模型的准确性。构建的仿真模型可以为类似柱塞泵的参数化设计提供可信的理论模型和快速设计方法。 The variable displacement bent piston pump with rotary valve plate(hereinafter referred to bent piston pump)is the core hydraulic power element of servo system.Bent piston pump is characterized by using rotary valve plate to realize the constant pressure variable displacement function with simple structure.Its structural form and operation principle were introduced and analyzed.With the mathematical model derived,an AMESim simulation model of the bent piston pump was constructed.The dynamic and static performances were simulated and analyzed.The constructed model can provide some theoretical basis and rapid design method for the optimal parametric design of similar piston pump.
