益生菌干酪乳杆菌Zhang VBNC态和正常态的代谢组学研究

摘要 采用液相色谱-质谱联用技术(LC-MS)检测分析了干酪乳杆菌Zhang的VBNC态和正常态两种细胞的代谢组差异。结果显示,在正离子和负离子模式下分别检测到874个和368个代谢物质,根据P<0.05、差异倍数>2和VIP≥1筛选原则,通过数据库比对鉴定得到干酪乳杆菌Zhang在两种状态下的主要差异代谢物有24种,主要包括氨基酸类、糖类、维生素类等6类,随后按类分析了这些物质在干酪乳杆菌Zhang生存过程中的作用,为探索干酪乳杆菌Zhang VBNC态在逆境条件下的存活机理提供一定的参考。 Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(LC-MS)technology was used to detect and analyze the differential changes of metabolites under Lb.casei Zhang VBNC state and normal state.Results showed that 874 and 368 metabolites were detected in positive and negative ion modes,respectively.According to the screening principles of P<0.05,Fold Change>2 and VIP≥1,a total of 24 different metabolites in Lb.casei Zhang were screened under the two conditions by database comparison and identification.It mainly includes six types of amino acids,sugars,vitamins,etc.The role of the substances in the survival process of Lb.casei Zhang was analyzed by category,which provided a reference for exploring the survival mechanism of Lb.casei Zhang VBNC state under adverse circumstances.
