摘要
按照《机场周围飞机噪声测量方法》(GB 9661—1988),对乌鲁木齐机场周围由于飞机起、降所产生的噪声分别布设1#起飞噪声点位和2#降落噪声点位进行为期一周的监测,以一昼夜共计24 h定为单位监测时间,计算出单位监测时间内的有效感觉噪声级的能量平均值L_(EPN)及白天、傍晚和夜间各时段的起、降架次,求出平均一昼夜的计权有效连续感觉噪声级L_(WECPN)。结果显示:1#点位L_(WECPN)在78.2~84.0 dB,全部超标(>75 dB),2#点位L_(WECPN)在69.1~72.2 dB,全部达标(≤75 dB),以飞机起飞时产生的噪声污染最严重。对飞行时段、飞行架次等影响因素分析显示:白天时段以飞机正常起飞出港为主,傍晚和夜间时段以飞机降落进港为主,起、降架次与L_(EPN)和L_(WECPN)均呈高度显著正相关,并据此提出机场噪声污染防控的建议。
According to the“Measurement Method of Aircraft Noise Around the Airport”(GB 9661—1988),the noise generated by the take-off and landing of aircraft around Urumqi Airport was set up at the 1#take-off noise point and the 2#landing noise point for a week of monitoring.,take a day and night total of 24 hours as the unit monitoring time,calculate the energy average value of the effective perceived noise level L_(EPN) per unit monitoring time and the take-off and landing times during the day,evening and night,and obtain the weighted effective continuous feeling of the average day and night.Noise level L_(WECPN).The results show that the L_(WECPN) of point 1 is between 78.2~84.0 dB,all exceeding the standard(>75 dB),and the L_(WECPN) of point 2#is between 69.1~72.2 dB,all of which meet the standard(≤75 dB).The most polluted.The analysis of the influencing factors such as flight time and flight sorties shows that:during the daytime,aircraft take off and leave the port normally,and in the evening and night time,the aircraft land and enter the port.This puts forward suggestions on the prevention and control of airport noise pollution.
