绿色发展背景下四川世界遗产保护与可持续发展研究

Research on World Heritage protection and sustainable development in Sichuan under the background of green development

世界遗产具有突出的普遍价值,是极其宝贵的旅游资源。四川省不仅世界遗产总数位居全国第2位,且每一个世界遗产地平均服务的人群数也较为靠前。四川是大熊猫的故乡,大熊猫作为国宝深受世界人民喜爱,是和谐、友谊、和平的象征;九寨沟国家级风景名胜区,以“童话世界”“人间仙境”著称。四川世界遗产具有重要的生态、旅游和文化保护价值,是中国乃至世界生物多样性保护的重要区域,具有极其重要的生物多样性保护功能;同时,四川世界遗产地水源涵养、水土保持、生态景观服务等主导生态功能地位亦十分突出。在绿色发展背景下,开展四川世界遗产保护与可持续发展研究,对四川生物多样性保护和生态环境改善以及促进四川旅游业和经济社会可持续发展有着十分重要的意义。通过综合分析评价四川世界遗产的空间分布特征和保护现状,提出可持续发展的对策。研究结果表明:四川世界遗产空间分布地理优势明显,避暑旅游成为首选;生态修复保护力度加大,生态保护成效明显;都江堰综合效益显著,为国家粮食安全做出积极贡献。应进一步加强景区生态环境保护与规划;根据景区环境承载力,加强管理,减缓景区压力;合理开发,继续加大投入与保护力度。

World Heritage has outstanding universal value and isextremely valuable tourism resources.Sichuan not only ranks second in the total number of World Heritage sites in China, but also ranks first in the average number of people served by each World Heritage site.Sichuan is the hometown of the giant panda.As a national treasure, the giant panda is loved by people all over the world and is a symbol of harmony, friendship and peace.Jiuzhaigou National Scenic Spot in Sichuan Province is famous for “fairy tale world” and “fairyland on earth”.The World Heritage site in Sichuan has important ecological, tourism and cultural conservation values, and is an important area for biodiversity conservation in China and even the world.At the same time, the leading ecological functions of Sichuan World Heritage sites such as water conservation, soil and water conservation and ecological landscape services are also prominent.Under the background of green development, the research on the protection and sustainable development of Sichuan World Heritage is of great significance to the protection of biodiversity and the improvement of ecological environment, as well as the promotion of sustainable development of tourism and economy and society in Sichuan.This paper comprehensively analyzed and evaluated the spatial distribution characteristics and protection status of the World Heritage in Sichuan, and put forward the countermeasures for its sustainable development.The results show that the spatial distribution of World Heritage sites in Sichuan has obvious geographical advantages, and summer tourism is the first choice.Ecological restoration and protection efforts have been intensified, with notable achievements in ecological protection.The comprehensive benefits of Dujiangyan are remarkable, making positive contributions to national food security.The ecological environment protection and planning should be further strengthened.According to the environmental carrying capacity of scenic spots, strengthen management and relieve the pressure of scenic spots;reasonable development, continue to increase investment and protection.
