砂的亚甲蓝与含泥量关系及对混凝土减水剂掺量影响

摘要 介绍贵州凯里北环高速公路不同砂石料场生产的砂子,亚甲蓝MBV值与含泥量的关系。亚甲蓝MBV值1.4时所对应的含泥量相差甚远,从而论证规范用亚甲蓝MBV值≥1.4或<1.4作为控制石粉含量指标的不合理性和过于笼统问题,以及不同MBV值对混凝土减水剂掺量的影响。 This paper describes the relationship between MBV value of methylene blue and sediment percentage of sand produced in different sand and stone yards of Kaili North Ring Highway in Guizhou.The sediment percentage varies greatly when the MBV value of methylene blue is 1.4.Therefore,this paper verifies that it is unreasonable to use methylene blue MBV(>1.4 or<1.4)as the index to control the content of stone powder and the influence of different MBV values on the content of concrete water reducer.
