吉音水利枢纽工程是克里雅河上唯一的控制性工程,任务是为克里雅河下游灌区的发展提供用水保证,提高坝址下游克里雅河两岸的防洪标准,并利用冬闲水和灌溉下泄水发电。根据坝线地形地质条件,对混凝土面板堆石坝和沥青混凝土心墙坝从地形地质、枢纽布置、坝基处理、建筑材料及坝料制备、施工条件、工程量及工程投资等方面进行分析比较。混凝土面板堆石坝具有技术可靠、施工简单、投资相对较少等优点,确定混凝土面板堆石坝作为推荐坝型。

Jiyin Water Conservancy Project is the only controllable project on the Creya River.Its task is to provide water guarantee for the development of irrigation areas in the lower reaches of the Creya River,to improve flood control standards on both banks of the Creya River downstream of the dam site,and to utilize idle water in winter and discharge water under irrigation for power generation.According to the topographic and geological conditions of the dam line,this paper makes a comparison between concrete face rockfill dam and asphalt concrete core dam in terms of topography and geology,layout of the dam,treatment of dam foundation,preparation of building materials and dam materials,construction conditions,engineering quantity and project investment.Concrete face rockfill dam has the advantages of reliable technology,simple construction and relatively small investment,so it is determined that concrete face rockfill dam is the recommended dam type.
