摘要
泄水建筑物在各水电站普遍存在冲刷破坏,尤其是在高速水流携带悬移质或推移质时破坏更为显著,严重时甚至危及泄水建筑物的安全运行。结合某水电站泄洪洞闸室破坏情况,分析其破坏原因,制定采用冲坑先填筑环氧细石混凝土、表面采用环氧砂浆进行修复,并对右侧边墙脱空进行回填灌浆等有针对性的修复措施,并明确质量控制要点,取得了良好的效果。
Scouring damage is common in discharge structures,especially in high-speed flow with suspended or bed load.In serious cases,even endangering the safe operation of water release structures.Combining with the damage condition of sluice chamber of flood discharge tunnel of a hydropower station,this paper analyses the cause of damage,uses epoxy fine stone concrete filled in scouring pit first,epoxy mortar to repair the surface,and backfilling grouting to remedy the right side wall void.The key points of quality control are defined and good results are achieved.
