摘要
超长斜井开挖施工安全风险高、质量控制难度大、施工效率低,人工费投入高。针对以上难题,总结探索出了一套适用于超深长斜井安全、快速开挖的施工方案,创新采用先形成大直径导井,再自上而下扩挖,无轨运输,实现了斜井内机械化、数字化作业,极大程度上减轻工人的劳动强度,大幅度减少了涉险作业人员安全隐患,取得了良好的效果。
The excavation of super-long inclined shaft is characterized by high safety risk,difficult quality control,low construction efficiency and high labor cost.In view of the above problems,this paper summarizes and explores a set of construction schemes for safe and rapid excavation of ultra-deep long inclined shaft.It first forms a large diameter guide shaft,then expands from top to bottom and transports without rails.It realizes mechanical and digital operation in inclined shaft,greatly reduces labor intensity of workers,greatly reduces potential safety hazards of workers involved,and achieves good results.
