摘要
2020年以来,梨园水电站在运行中相继发生主变低压侧PT、发电机出口PT高压熔断器慢熔的事件,尤其是最近发生的4号发电机出口PT高压熔断器慢熔还导致了全厂功率异常调节,在电网侧造成了不良影响。对该起功率调节异常事件进行了原因分析,提出了在运行中利用红外检测手段判断熔断器受否损坏的方法,并对防止因熔断器熔断进而导致功率波动提出了防范措施。
Since 2020,slow melting of PT on low-voltage side of main transformer and PT high-voltage fuse at outlet of generator has occurred successively in operation of Liyuan Hydropower Station.In particular,the recent slow melting of PT high-voltage fuse at the outlet of No.4 generator has resulted in abnormal power regulation in the whole plant,which has caused adverse effects on the power grid side.This paper analyses the cause of this abnormal power regulation event,puts forward a method to judge whether the fuse is damaged by infrared detection in operation,and puts forward preventive measures to prevent power fluctuation caused by fuse fusing.
