摘要 精益化管理作为现代科学管理的一种文化、一种理念,被广泛应用到企业的生产经营管理。随着火力发电机组装机容量的上升,对热工控制功能要求越来越高及控制范围不断扩大,但受电力市场供需影响、机组启停频繁、设备欠修老化、人员技术力量不足等因素影响,近年来由于热控设备、管理、人员等原因造成的机组异常的情况仍然有发生。通过运用精益管理的分析方法对公司两台机组热工系统存在的问题进行分析,并且找到可以改善空间,从设备可靠性、热控联锁保护、防误操作等几个方面开展了大量的隐患排查和优化治理工作,取得了较好的效果,提升了热工专业的整体管理水平。 Lean management,as a culture and concept of modern scientific management,is widely applied to production and operation management of enterprises.With the capacity of thermal generator assembly unit increasing,the requirement for thermal control function becomes higher and higher,and the control range is also expanding.However,due to the influence of power market supply and demand,frequent start-up and shutdown of units,aging of equipment under repair,insufficient technical force of personnel and other factors,the abnormal situation of units caused by thermal control equipment,management,personnel and other reasons still occurs in recent years.In this paper,the analysis method of Lean Management is used to analyze the problems existing in the thermal system of two units in our company,and find the space to improve it.It has carried out a lot of potential hazard investigation and optimized treatment from several aspects,such as equipment reliability,thermal control interlock protection and misoperation prevention,and achieved good results,improving the overall management level of thermal engineering specialty.
