摘要 水淹厂房一直是水电站主要的安全风险之一,具有突发性、迅速性、危害性大等显著特点。乌弄龙电站作为新建电站,根据技术监督现场查评结果及无人值班要求,并结合澜沧江流域其他电站的设计方法,自行建设了一套防水淹厂房保护系统。该系统吸取传统方案中的优点,重新完善了停机保护逻辑,整合了电站水灾和火灾两套系统的应急广播系统。 Flooded powerhouse has always been one of the main safety risks of hydropower plant,which is characterized by unexpectedness,rapidity and great harm.As a new hydropower station,Wulanglong Hydropower Station has built a flood control powerhouse protection system by itself according to the results of technical supervision on-site inspection and the requirements of unattended operation,and in combination with the design methods of other power stations in Lancang River Basin.The system absorbs the advantages of traditional scheme,improves the logic of shutdown protection and integrates emergency broadcasting system of flood and fire systems of power plant.
