Cost Management of Resettlement Project under DB Mode

随着总承包模式在水利水电移民安置工程项目中的推广应用,如何在保证移民安置点建设工程质量及进度的前提下,通过成本管理实现移民安置工程总承包预期效益的目标,对DB模式下的移民安置点建设工程成本管理进行了论述。

General contracting mode is widely used in the resettlement project of water conservancy and hydropower.On the premise of guaranteeing the quality and progress of construction project of resettlement site,the expected benefits of general contract of resettlement project can be achieved through cost management.This paper discusses cost management of construction project of resettlement spot under DB mode.
