城区河道优化调度控制系统研究与应用

摘要 为解决城区水污染和排涝等问题,提出基于水质模型和改进的SWMM模型,制定城区河网优化调度预案,利用河道泵闸进行调水换水,实现水质改善和城市防汛减灾的方法,并在泰兴城区河道进行应用。实践证明,城区河道泵闸优化调度对水质改善和防洪排涝具有积极作用。 In order to solve the problems of urban water pollution and drainage,this paper proposes a water quality model and an improved SWMM model,and formulates an optimal dispatching plan for urban river network.The method of water quality improvement and urban flood control and disaster relief is realized by using river pump sluice for water transfer and application in rivers of Taixing city.It has been proved that the optimum operation of pump gates in urban rivers plays an active role in water quality improvement and flood control and drainage.
