华侨华人“一带一路”倡议“融入”情况探析

Analysis of the Situation of the“Integration”of Chinese Immigrants into the Belt and Road Initiative

“一带一路”自提出以来已历经七年,海外华侨华人在这一倡议之中扮演着重要且不可替代的角色。学界对于这一群体在倡议中所处“位置”与参与“通道”的关注在本质上均是期待华侨华人能够真正“融入”这一倡议之中。从整体而言,倡议“融入”的基本方面包括“了解认知”、“感受评价”和“传播扩散”三项。从2020年7月至8月间对西班牙语世界华人倡议融入情况所进行的问卷调查来看,其在上述三方面的表现上展现出不同特点,并且从量化分析来看不同特点与华人个体差异之间存在显著相关性。就结果而言,该群体倡议“融入”程度尚有所不足,面对这一情况,一方面应继续优化倡议在华人群体中的信息传递并加强对该群体需求的重视,另一方面也应进一步发掘影响倡议融入的关联因素。

It has been seven years since the“Belt and Road”Initiative was proposed.Overseas Chinese have played an important and irreplaceable role in this initiative.The academic community’s concern about the“place”of this group in the initiative and the“channels”of participation is essentially an expectation that the Chinese diaspora will be truly“integrated”into the initiative.As a whole,the basic aspects of integration include understanding and awareness,perception and evaluation and diffusion.The questionnaire survey on the integration of Chinese initiatives in the Spanish-speaking world,conducted between July and August 2020 shows that there are different characteristics in three areas,and there is a significant correlation between the different characteristics and individual Chinese differences in quantitative analysis.The results show that the level of“integration”of this group is still insufficient and that it is important to continue to optimize the communication of the initiative among the Chinese community and to pay more attention to the needs of this group,and to further explore the correlates that influence the integration of the initiative.
