摘要
以某钢厂无取向硅钢SACL连续退火炉及其退火工艺特点为研究对象,设计集成了一套保护气回收系统,描述了保护气回收系统各子系统的组成和特点,采用两级增压设计方式实现了保护气回收系统压力和退火炉炉压平衡控制,阐述了保护气回收系统的技术特点,并进行了经济性分析测算,测试结果表明保护气回收系统可实现保护气循环再利用,并具有良好的工程推广潜力。
Based on the research of the continuous annealing furnace for a non-oriented silicon steel annealing and coating line in a steel plant,a set of protection gas recovery system was designed and integrated,with the composition and characteristics of each of its subsystem described in detail.The balance between the pressure of the protection gas recovery system and the pressure of the annealing furnace was realized by using the two-stage pressurization design method,and the technical characteristics of the protection gas recovery system were proposed while the economic analysis was carried out.The cyclic utilization of protection gas was achieved by the integration the protection gas recovery system and the annealing furnace based the plant-test results.
