技能大赛视角下高职院校专业人才培养的思考

Thoughts on Cultivation of Professional Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Skills Competition

职业技能大赛作为职业教育内涵发展的助推器,在高职院校专业人才培养过程中发挥了重要的引领作用。首先在阐述职业技能大赛内涵和高职院校专业人才培养目标的基础上,归纳了两者的内在联系;然后从人才培养模式改革和创新、教育教学改革、校企合作、师资团队建设、实训基地建设和学生高质量就业等六个方面详细论述了职业技能大赛对专业人才培养的导向和引领作用;最后,结合学校多年大赛的做法和经验,对职业技能大赛进行了反思,并提出了相应的建议。

As the booster of the connotation development of vocational education,the vocational skills competition plays an leading role in the training of professional talents in higher vocational colleges.This paper elaborates on the connotation of vocational skills competition and professional talent training goal of higher vocational colleges,and analyzes the intrinsic relationship between them.Then six aspects,namely,the reform and innovation of personnel training mode,the reform of education and teaching,school enterprise cooperation,teacher team building,training base construction and high quality employment of students are analyzed to demonstrate the guiding and leading effect of vocational skills competition for professional personnel training.Finally,combined with the practice and experience of the college for many years,this paper reflects on the vocational skills competition and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
