“1+X”证书制度下高职院校汽车销售方向职业培训体系探索实践

Exploration and Practice of Vocational Training System of Automobile Sales Direction in Higher Vocational Colleges under“1+X”Certificate System

针对汽车销售方向人才需求和职业培训存在的问题,在职业培训中引入“1+X”证书,通过实现职业技能等级证书在企业和高职院校之间的互认,用证书规范人才培养质量和职业培训质量,解决企业的人才需求问题和汽车销售方向职业培训问题。设计了“1+X”证书制度下高职院校职业培训体系建设路径,通过“学校-企业-客户”三向联动,制定培训制度;通过“学校-企业-证书”三方融通,构建培训课程体系;通过“学校-企业-行业”三主体协同,组建培训师资队伍;完成“1+X”证书制度下高职院校汽车销售方向职业培训体系探索实践,取得了较好的实践效果。

Aiming at talent demand in car sales market and the problems existing in the professional training,“1+X”certificate is introduced in the vocational training,leading to the recognition of vocational skill level certificate among both enterprises and vocational colleges.The certificate set standards for vocational training quality of talents cultivation and quality of enterprise training standard,solving the problem of enterprise's talents demand and car sales direction of vocational training.The construction path of vocational training system of higher vocational colleges under the“1+X”certificate system is designed,and the training system is formulated through the“school-enterprise-customer”three-way linkage.Through the“school-enterprise-certificate”tripartite integration,the construction of training curriculum system is accomplished.Through the“school-enterprise-industry”three-subject coordination,the construction of training staff team is finished.The researcher has completed the exploration and practice of vocational training system of automobile sales direction in higher vocational colleges under the“1+X”certificate system,and achieved good practical results.
