榆林市沿黄土石山区生态治理及产业发展

Ecological Rehabilitation and Industrial Development Along theYellow River Soil Mountain Region of Yulin City

榆林市沿黄土石山区生态环境脆弱、水土流失严重、产业发展质量不高。沿黄土石山区生态经济带建设的核心内容就是生态建设和产业发展,构建结构更加合理、功能更加完备的黄河流域生态安全屏障已是迫切需要。本文分析了榆林市沿黄土石山区生态环境存在的问题,并提出生态环境治理对策和产业发展建议。沿黄土石山区的发展需立足生态保护治理,科学规划统筹推进,建设生态富民体系,建设生态景观廊道,优化产业空间布局,推动产业转型升级,实施“一轴两区多点”布局林业景观生态建设,织密织厚沿黄生态带,实现沿黄轴线提质增效和可持续发展。

The ecological environment along the Yellow River soil mountain region in Yulin City is fragile,soil erosion is serious,and the quality of industrial development is not so high.The core content of the construction of ecological economic zone along the Yellow River is ecological construction and industrial development,building a more reasonable structure,more complete function of the Yellow River basin ecological security barrier is an urgent need.This paper analyzes the problems of ecological environment along the Yellow River soil mountain region in Yulin City,and proposes countermeasures for ecological environment management and industrial development.The development of the Yellow River soil mountain region needs to be based on ecological protection and governance,promote scientific planning as a whole and build an ecological system for enriching the people,construction of ecological landscape corridor,optimization of industrial space layout,promotion of industrial transformation and upgrading,implementation of“one axis,two areas,multiple points”layout of forestry landscape ecological construction,enhance along the Yellow River ecological belt,to achieve quality and efficiency along the Yellow River axis and Sustainable development.
