辽宁省林政资源管理现状与问题探讨

Discuss on the Current Situation of Forest Administration Resource Management in Liaoning Province

森林是我国的主要资源,为我国经济建设和生态环境建设做出了巨大贡献。因此,做好林业资源的保护和延续对生态环境的建设尤为重要。而林政资源管理就是针对森林资源保护和流通所开展的监督管理过程,该过程是有计划、有组织的管理行为。通过强化林政资源管理,可使各种林业资源得到有效保护,从而为林业的可持续发展提供保障。但就辽宁省而言,由于各种因素的影响,在林政资源管理的进程中,尤其是机制的建立和完善中还存在诸多不足。本文阐述了林政资源管理工作的内容和辽宁省林政资源管理现状,分析了辽宁省林政资源管理中所存在的问题,同时提出了解决问题及提高林政管理水平的对策。

Forest is the main resource of China and makes great contributions to the economic construction and ecological environment construction.Therefore,it is particularly important to protect forestry resources and continuation of them for the construction of ecological environment.The management of forest administration resources is the supervision and management process for the protection and circulation of forest resources,and the process is a planned and organized management behavior.By strengthening the management of forest administration resources,various forestry resources can be effectively protected to guarantee the sustainable development of forestry.However,as far as Liaoning Province is concerned,due to various factors,there are still many deficiencies in the process of forest administration resource management,especially in the establishment and improvement of the mechanism.This paper expounds the contents of forestry administration resource management and the current situation of forest administration resource management in Liaoning Province,analyzes the problems existing,and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems and improve the level of forest administration management.
