我国健康管理体系的发展现状及未来展望

Development Status and Future Prospect of Health Management System in China

随着我国人口老龄化的加剧和疾病负担的加重,医疗卫生费用不断增长。建立高质量的健康管理体系有助于提升国民健康水平,提高健康预期寿命,减少个人、社会和政府的疾病经济负担。文章对我国健康管理体系进行系统分析和归纳,研究发现,我国逐步建立起以全人群为服务对象、覆盖全生命周期、突出健康全过程的多元主体参与的健康管理体系,但仍存在健康管理筹资模式不合理、健康管理信息缺乏系统性、中医药健康管理模式不完善等问题,未来有必要完善“健康保险+健康管理”模式、推进健康管理信息化建设以及加强中医药健康管理的现代化发展,以进一步完善我国健康管理体系的服务模式和运行路径。

With the accelerated aging and increasing disease burden,health care costs is rising in China.Establishing a high-quality health management system has a positive effect on improving national health,extending healthy life expectancy,and reducing the economic burden of disease on individuals,society and government.This research systematically analyzed and summarized the status of health management system in China.The results showed that China had gradually established health management system that serves the whole population,covered the whole life cycle and highlights the whole health process with the participation of multiple subjects.However,there were some problems including unreasonable health management financing model,lacking of systematic health management information,and imperfect health management model of traditional Chinese medicine.In order to improve the service models and running path of China's health management system,it is necessary to improve the'health insurance+health management'model,promote the information construction of health management and strengthen the modernization of health management of traditional Chinese medicine.
