基于新时代多维需求的新医科人才培养策略研究

Strategies on Training Talent of New Medical Science based on the Multi-dimensional Needs in the New Era

“新医科”是教育部提出的概念,充分体现了党和国家对医学教育发展的新要求。医学人才培养历来具有较强的时代性,新医科人才培养应符合新时代需求;“新时代”内涵的多维性,决定了新时代医学人才培养需求的多维性。在明确“新时代”多维需求的基础上,从社会、科技和医学3个维度构建“新医科”人才培养策略,其中,社会维度以“立德树人”为根本、以“健康中国”为目标、以“民族复兴”为引领;科技维度加强科技创新能力培养、注重学科交叉融合育人、探索智能时代培养范式;医学维度更新传统医学思维观念、强化系统整合思维能力、培育卓越的岗位胜任力。

"New medical science"is a concept proposed by the Ministry of Education,which fully reflects the new requirements of the Party and China for the development of medical education.Because of the defining characteristics of keeping up with the times,the training of new medical talents should meet the needs of the new era.The multi-dimensional connotation of"new era"determines the multi-dimensional demand of medical personnel training in the new era.On the basis of clarifying the multi-dimensional needs of the"new era",this paper constructs the"new medical"talent training strategy from three dimensions of society,science and technology and medicine.Among them,the strategies of social dimension mainly include:taking"moral education"as the foundation,taking"healthy China"as the goal,and taking"national rejuvenation"as the guide;The strategies of science and technology dimension mainly include:strengthening the cultivation of innovation ability,focusing on interdisciplinary integration education,and exploring new talent training paradigm in the age of intelligence;The strategies of medical dimension mainly include:updating the concept of medical personnel training,strengthening the ability of systematic integrated thinking,and cultivating excellent post competency.
