痴呆作为一种老年慢性病,其功能的控制及高质量的生活状态,需要患者具有良好的自我管理行为和社会参与度。对老年痴呆患者自我管理的必要性、概念、测评工具进行综述,同时阐述国外老年痴呆自我管理干预项目的研究内容,对充分调动痴呆患者自我管理的自主性、参与性,构建自我管理照护支持系统提供参考依据。

Dementia,as a chronic disease of the elderly,requires patients to have good self-management behavior and social participation to keep function and high quality of life.This paper summarized the necessity,concept and assessment tools of self-management of aged dementia patients,and elaborated the research contents of foreign self-management intervention projects,so as to fully mobilize the autonomy and participation of self-management of dementia patients,and provide reference for the construction of self-management care support system.
