高性能氧量变送器的设计

摘要 通过对早期氧化锆产品的分析和总结,进行了针对性的改进和升级,采用智能化、模块化方法设计研制了新型高性能氧变送器。硬件采取高性能微处理系统,扩展数字电位器、看门狗、RS485通讯等模块组成系统。软件采取自动定时重启、加权滤波和队列滤波结合的算法、采用冗余容错、数字通讯等技术结合。充分发挥32位CPU的数据处理能力和外部设备性能,采取硬件与软件相结合的方法,大幅提高设备的可靠性、易用性和智能化水平。 The early zirconia products are analyzed and summarized,and targeted improvements and upgrades are made.A new type of high-performance oxygen transmitter is designed and developed by using intelligent and modular methods.The hardware adopts a high-performance microprocessor system,and the system is composed of extended digital potentiometer,watchdog,RS485 communication and other modules.The software adopts the algorithm of automatic timing restart,weighted filtering and queue filtering,and the combination of redundant fault tolerance,digital communication and other technologies.The design gives full play to the data processing capacity of 32-bit CPU and the performance of external equipment,and adopts the method of combining hardware and software,which greatly improves the reliability,ease of use and intelligent level of the equipment.
