红山铜矿泥质板岩顺岩层掘进段联合支护技术探讨

摘要 香格里拉市红山铜矿项目V3矿体下掘斜坡道工程施工过程中遇到大量泥质板岩且顺岩层节理掘进的巷道,同时顶板及边帮涌水量较大,导致在施工过程中发生围岩垮塌,进而严重影响掘进施工的安全及进度,施工中采取管超前、严注浆、短开挖、强支护、快封闭、勤量测的原则施工。从保证掌子面稳定;再从支护(钢工架、超前小导管、钢筋网、加密超前小导管、锁脚锚管、早强混凝土、中空式锚杆)、注浆等工艺上进行改进,综合几种方法强有力的改善了施工环境,保证了施工安全的同时,又提升了施工进度。 In construction process of digging under inclined ramp engineering of V3 ore body in Hongshan copper mine project of Shangri-La,there are joint excavation roadway with abundant argillaceous slate and follow rock formation,simultaneously,there are abundant water inflow amount at roof and side gang,the above mentioned items will leads to surrounding rock collapse in the construction process,then it will seriously affected safe and progress of tunneling construction,so in the construction process,we need to take the construction with the principle that tube grouting in advance,strict grouting,short excavation,strong support,fast sealing,diligent measurement.The stability of heading face should be guaranteed,the process should be improved from the aspects of retaining and protecting(steel frame,leading small-conduct pipe,bar-mat reinforcement,encryption leading small-conduct pipe;locking anchor pipe,early strength concrete,hollow anchor rod)and grouting,the construction environment was improved by the comprehensive method,it not only can guarantee the construction safety,but also can increase the construction schedule.
