摘要
中深孔爆破落矿具有机械化程度高、崩矿规模大、效率高、安全性好的特点,在国内外金属地下矿山开采中应用十分广泛。中深孔崩矿过程中,易产生大块、悬顶、楣线口破坏、以及上下盘围岩垮塌等问题,影响矿山生产安全和效益。通过对塔什特克多金属矿矿岩条件及可爆性进行分析,结合爆破漏斗试验数据,对井下无底柱分段崩落法采矿的切割井布置及中深孔崩矿参数等进行设计优化。现场试验结果表明:优化后的爆破参数明显提高了采矿效率,崩矿量10.3 t/m,炸药单耗0.4 kg/t,回采损失率11.98%,贫化率2.56%。
The medium-deep hole blasting ore extraction has the following features like high mechanization degree,large scale of mine collapse,high efficiency and good security,which has wide range of application on overseas'underground metal mine.In the process of mine collapse of medium-deep hole,it is easy to produce block,overhang,frieze mouth destruction,and up and down surrounding rock collapse,it can affect the safety and benefits of mine safety production.Mine collapse parameters of cutting well arrangement and medium-deep hole of mining by underground bottomless column segmented collapse method can be optimized through mineral conditions of Tashteck polymetallic ore and combining with the blasting funnel test data.The field trial results show:the mining efficiency is increased by optimization of blasting parameters,the mine collapse amount per meter is 10.3 t/m,the unit consumption of explosive material is 0.4 kg/t,the extraction loss ratio is 11.98%,the dilution rate is 2.56%.
