诺芮特活性炭酸洗再生工艺改进及应用

摘要 针对炭浆法提金中诺芮特活性炭酸洗杂质去除率低的现状,对酸洗再生指标进行分析,并进行了工艺优化。研究表明,脱金炭中杂质元素去除率低的原因是由于酸洗再生系统设计不合理、酸洗液固比低以及酸洗液浓度低引起的。经过工艺优化后,脱金炭中钙的去除率可达到92.82%,比优化前提升50.17%。 The removal rate of impurities by Norit activated carbon in the process of gold extracting by CIP method is low,so the acid pickling regeneration indicators were analyzed and the process optimization were carried out.Research shows,the liquid-solid ratio of acid pickling and low concentration of acid pickling solution,the removal rate of impurities in de-gold charcoal is low due to the unreasonable design of acid pickling regeneration system.When the process optimization finished,the removal rate of calcium in de-gold charcoal can reach to 92.82%,it is increased by 50.17%before optimization.
