微波强化辅助浸出铜冶炼酸泥中硒的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用微波辅助方法对铜冶炼酸泥硒的浸出进行了试验研究。结果表明,微波辅助能强化硒的浸出,其浸出效果较常规浸出有显著的提高;微波浸出的最佳条件:微波功率650 W、液固比5 mL/g、浸出时间20min、搅拌速度500 r/min、浸出温度20℃、浸出液V硝酸∶V次氯酸钠=4∶1,微波条件下硒的浸出率可达83.8%;相同条件下,硒的常规浸出率仅60.3%。 The experimental study on assistance leaching of selenium in copper smelting acid sludge by microwave reinforcement was carried out.Results show that the leaching effect of assistance leaching of selenium in copper smelting acid sludge by microwave reinforcement was increased obviously compared with normal leaching;the optimal conditions of microwave leaching are shown below:the microwave power is 650W,the liquid-solid ratio is 5 mL/g,the leaching time is 20 min,the stirring speed is 500 r/min,the leaching temperature is 20℃,the leaching liquor V nitric acid:V sodium hypochlorite=4:1,the leaching rate of selenium under microwave condition can reach to 83.8%;the common leaching rate of selenium with same conditions only is 60.3%.
