铜冶炼烟尘与废酸协同处理工艺技术探索

摘要 针对目前铜冶炼烟尘综合利用及废酸处理过程中,存在含砷废渣产生量大、工艺复杂、生产成本高等问题,通过采用铜冶炼烟尘与废酸协同氧化浸出、SO2还原脱砷、硫化或置换沉铜、浓缩结晶、萃取、浸出渣高温硫化挥发等工艺,分离铜、锌、铟、铅、锡、铋、银等有价金属,综合回收利用杂质元素砷。通过实验研究,该工艺取得了协同浸出率及金属回收率高、危险废物产生量小、原辅料使用种类少等效果。 The arsenic-bearing waste residues has large output,complex process,high production cost and the other problems in treatment process of comprehensive utilization on waste acid of copper smelting fume,in order to solve the above mentioned problems,it is adopted synergistic oxidation leaching of copper smelting fume and waste acid,SO_(2) reduction and arsenic removal,vulcanization or replacement of electro-deposited copper,extraction,high temperature vulcanization volatilization of leaching residues and the other processes for separation of the valuable metals,such as copper,zinc,indium,lead,tin,bismuth,silver and son on,as well as comprehensive recycling utilization of arsenic element.It is obtained high synergistic leaching rate and metal recovery rate,small amount of hazardous wastes,small variety of raw materials and so on by experimental studies.
