摘要 介绍了臭氧催化氧化-双膜法工艺在某污水处理厂提质改造工程中的应用,重点探讨了各个系统单元的关键参数、膜系统组成等设计思路。增加深度处理系统后悬浮物、COD及石油类的去除率分别为70%、84%及70%;出水水质指标分别低于45 mg/L、65 mg/L及1.5 mg/L,出水达到了《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB16171-2012)要求。经初步运行成本分析,系统处理成本为3.03元/m^(3)。 The application of ozone catalytic oxidation-double membrane process on quality improvement and transformation engineering in one waste water treatment plant is introduced,the emphasis is discussion on critical parameters,membrane system and the other design ideas of each system unit.When the advanced treatment system was established,the removal rate of suspended solids,COD and petroleum separately were 70%,84%and 70%;the water quality index of discharged water were lower than 45 mg/L,65 mg/L and 1.5 mg/L,the quality of discharged water can reach the requirements of Emission Standard of Pollutants for Coking Chemical Industry(GB16171-2012).The system treatment cost is¥3.03 Yuan/m^(3) through preliminary operation costs analysis.
