摘要
电视节目从标清(Standard Definition,SD)向高清(High Definition,HD)发展已成为必然趋势。然而由于种种原因,高清频道与标清频道并存的局面仍将持续很长一段时间。为此,探讨高标清同播模式下,在监测终端采用人工监看方式或技术手段,识别高清频道中播出的标清节目的方法,提出通过有效识别高清频道中播出的标清节目从而推算出高清播出率的方法,为实现高清频道中高清播出率的监管提供一种有效手段。
The development of TV programs from Standard Definition(SD)to High Definition(HD)has become an inevitable trend.However,due to various reasons,the coexistence of HD channel and SD channel will continue for a long time.Therefore,this paper discusses the method of manually monitoring or technical means in the monitoring terminal to identify the SD programs broadcast in the HD channel under the high-standard definition simulcast mode,and puts forward the method of effectively identifying the SD programs broadcast in the HD channel to calculate the HD broadcast rate,so as to provide an effective means to realize the supervision of the HD broadcast rate in the HD channel.
