随着摄影设备可捕捉像素范围能力的提升以及电视机等显示设备解码效率的提高,很多受众的需求从过去的标清电视节目逐渐转变为高清以及超清画质需求。受众对画质质量、电视节目流畅度的高要求促使电视台进行技术革新。同时,在互联网视频竞争的视域下,电视台面临的竞争压力也逐渐增大。为此,本文将系统地介绍地方电视台高清播出系统设计应遵循的原则,对高清播出系统进行总体规划与设计,为提升电视台综合竞争力、促进行业进步提供思路借鉴以及理论基础。

With the improvement of the ability of photographic equipment to capture the pixel range and the improvement of the decoding efficiency of display equipment such as TV,the demand of many audiences has gradually changed from standard definition TV programs to high-definition and ultra clear picture quality.The audience’s high requirements for picture quality and TV program fluency have prompted the TV station to carry out technological innovation.At the same time,from the perspective of Internet video competition,the competitive pressure faced by TV stations is also gradually increasing.Therefore,this paper will systematically introduce the principles that should be followed in the design of high-definition broadcasting system of local TV stations,and carry out the overall planning and design of high-definition broadcasting system,so as to provide ideas,reference and theoretical basis for improving the comprehensive competitiveness of TV stations and promoting the progress of the industry.
