基于流转路径的药品SPD系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of SPD Drug System Based on Circulation Path

建立全流程信息化的药品流转管理平台和模式,提高工作效率,为药品追溯和药品精准化管理提供有力的支持。建立以流转路径为核心的药品SPD(Supply-Processing-Distribution)系统和管理模式,替换原有以库存管理为核心的药品管理模式。以SPD为信息化载体,设计院内药品追溯码赋码规则、使用场景、加密方法和关联机制。实现医院药品快速采购、流转,精准管理药品效期、批次,降低药品配置与发药差错率,初步建立基于流转路径的药品追溯体系基础。

This paper establishes a whole process information drug circulation platform and mode,improves work efficiency,and provides strong support for drug traceability and precision drug management.It establishes the drug SPD(Supply-Processing-Distribution)system and management mode with the circulation path as the core,and replace the original drug management mode with inventory management as the core.With SPD as an information carrier,it designs the drug traceability code assignment rules,usage scenarios,encryption methods and association mechanism in the hospital,realizes the rapid procurement and circulation of hospital drugs,manages the drug validity period and batch accurately,reduces the drug allocation and drug distribution error rate.The drug traceability system basis based on the circulation path is preliminarily established.
