摘要 文章阐述了制造型企业在工业4.0时期所面临的智能化挑战,以产品质量检验环节为切入点,详细分析了工业场景下智能化质检场景涉及的关键技术,并提出了基于云边协同的智能质检平台架构。该平台架构结合云端算法训练能力和MEC边缘计算推理能力,面向工业质检场景,能够快速实现AI推理能力的边缘化部署,推动了工业智能化场景的广泛应用。 This paper expounds the intelligent challenges faced by manufacturing enterprises in the period of industry 4.0.It takes the product quality inspection link as the pointcut,analyzes the key technologies of intelligent quality inspection scene in the industrial scene in detail,and proposes an intelligent quality inspection platform architecture based on cloud edge collaboration.The platform architecture combines the cloud algorithm training ability and MEC edge computing and reasoning ability.It can quickly realize the edge deployment of AI reasoning ability in the face of industrial quality inspection scene,and promote the wide application of industrial intelligent scenes.
