摘要
以某电厂350 MW机组甩负荷试验为例,就参数测量、数据处理、建模及仿真计算进行分析。对采集到的转速数据通过移动平均滤波,对滤波数据利用S型函数及LM优化算法进行最小二乘拟合,对拟合数据一阶微分求解,得到转子最大加速度,该方法可提高转子转动惯量计算精度,消除人工选取时间间隔的误差。结合现场实测数据,考虑OPC信号,给出了适用于汽轮机甩负荷动态计算的数学模型,定量分析了相关参数对动态特性的影响。
Test parameter measurement,data analysis and processing,and modeling and simulation calculation of load rejection of a 350 MW unit in a certain power plant are analyzed in this paper.After moving average filtering the collected speed data,the least square fitting data obtained by S⁃type function and LM optimization algorithm are first⁃order differentiated to obtain the maximum acceleration of the rotor.The results show that this method can improve the calculation accuracy of rotor moment of inertia and eliminate the error of manually selecting time interval.The measured data and OPC signal are both taken into consideration.Therefore,a mathematical model suitable for dynamic calculation of steam turbine load rejection is given,and the effect of relevant parameters on dynamic characteristics is analyzed quantitatively.
