摘要
针对某电厂的原水预处理系统管道腐蚀减薄问题,通过Larson指数、Langerlier指数和挂片试验分析,认为清水对碳钢材质(Q235B和20)具有一定的腐蚀性,清水碱度越低,腐蚀性越强。通过控制石灰混凝过程中石灰粉的投入量、浓硫酸和杀菌剂NaClO的添加量等措施,可以大幅度降低清水对碳钢材质的腐蚀程度,提高设备的使用寿命,减少因管道腐蚀而产生的检修成本。
Aiming at the problem of pipeline corrosion thinning in the crude water pretreatment system of the power plant,carry out the comprehensive analysis of Larson index,Langerlier index and coupon test.The study shows that clear water has certain corrosion on carbon steel materials(Q235B and 20).The smaller the alkalinity of the clear water is,the higher the corrosion is.By controlling the amount of lime powder,concentrated H2SO4 and concentrated NaClO in the lime coagulation process,the corrosion of water on carbon steel material can be greatly reduced,the service life of equipment can be improved,and the maintenance cost caused by pipeline corrosion can be reduced.
