摘要
焊管以生产便捷、效率高、复杂截面可加工性强等特点迅速占领市场。为了研究焊管在商用车中的应用,论文对焊管与无缝管的生产工艺、表面质量、加工性能及尺寸精度等方面进行分析与研究,探讨了在商用车中使用焊管代替无缝管的可行性。分析结果表明,焊管具有外观质量好和尺寸精度高的优势,在一定条件下可代替无缝管使用,还可以提高产品的一致性和轻量化效果。
Welded pipes with the production of convenience, high efficiency, complex section characteristics of machinability quickly occupy the market. In order to study the application of welded pipes in commercial vehicles, the paper analyzes and researches welded pipe and seamless pipe production process, surface quality and machining performance and dimensional accuracy,discusses the feasibility in the commercial vehicle using welded pipe instead of seamless pipe. The results show that the welded pipe has the advantages of good appearance quality and high dimensional accuracy, and can be used instead of seamless pipe under certain conditions, and can also improve the consistency and lightweight effect of the product.
