摘要
针对集装箱码头堆场能力紧张和作业效率提升困难等问题,分析传统集装箱堆场模式的不足,研究立体仓储技术与集装箱堆场应用结合的新型立体堆场,并针对新型集装箱立体堆场进行了规划设计。通过比较分析表明,新型立体堆场可以提高集装箱堆场利用率、降低翻箱率、提高作业效率、降低单箱能耗,有较高的应用价值和推广空间。
In view of the lack of working capacity at container ports and the difficulty in improving their operation efficiency, we analyzed the shortcomings of the traditional container yard mode, developed a new three-dimensional container yard combining the threedimensional storage technology with the specifics of the container yard, and proceeded to its planning and design. Through a comparative analysis, it was shown that the new three-dimensional container yard had higher utilization rate, reduced turnover rate, improved operation efficiency, and lower energy consumption per container, thus having high application value and promotion value.
