摘要
基于动机系统理论,将就业意向的影响因素划分为就业认知、就业资本和就业观念三个维度,对郑州高校物流专业应届毕业生进行问卷调查,以探析各因素对就业意向的影响程度。数据分析结果显示:应届毕业生的期望就业区域呈现出以大学所在地为中心的幅射型布局,期望薪资较以往有所提高,专业对口就业意向较低;应届毕业生的就业意向受其就业资本和就业观念的显著影响,而与就业认知并无显著相关关系。
In this paper, based on the theory of the motivation system, we divided the influencing factors of employment intention into three dimensions, namely employment cognition, employment capital and employment concept, and had a questionnaire survey on the fresh graduates majoring in logistics in Zhengzhou universities to explore the influence of the various factors on their employment intention. By analyzing the data obtained, we showed that the expected employment area of the fresh graduates was in a radial layout centered on the location of the universities they graduated from, the expected salary was higher than before, and the intention to work in specialty related fields was rather low;and that the employment intention of the fresh graduates was significantly affected by employment capital and employment concept, but was not significantly correlated to employment cognition.
